I graduated from my performing arts high school a year early and set out to NYC at 17 to pursue musical theatre, and then pivoted to film and TV in LA at 19 during the pandemic, never letting anything stop me.

But in 2022, life threw me a curveball I didn’t see coming—a chronic condition that would change everything…

MY STORY — HOW I RECLAIMED MY POWER

  • We are inherently multifaceted beings, both in our talents and in our nature as human beings. Being confined to one identity or role has always felt foreign to my spirit. The idea of being "boxed in" never resonated with me; instead, I've always felt compelled to explore every facet of myself and share those layers with the world. From dance to musical theatre, onscreen acting, modeling, YouTube, TikTok, and creative direction, each path has felt like an essential expression of my voice, enabling me to connect in ways that feel real and resonant.

    Being multifaceted is my greatest strength. Each medium has taught me something vital, pushing me to delve deeper into my most authentic self. Now, as I explore life coaching, writing, and more introspective forms of creation, I find my art evolving with me as I heal and grow. To me, each creative path is not a distraction but a mosaic—each piece contributing to the larger, ever-evolving picture of who I am.

  • During the height of my TSW journey, I had to completely step away from acting and performing, but deep down, I knew this was an opportunity to refine my skills in a new way. It was then that I got the bug for life coaching. I pursued my certification through the Optimus Coach Academy because I wanted to put my energy into something I could truly thrive in. I've always had the gift of working with others, inspiring them, and seeing what they often don't see in themselves. This journey only deepened my ability to do that. Over and over, I’ve been shown that this is my calling—to dive deep within myself so I can help others do the same.

    I’ve learned to lean into my struggles, transmute pain into something powerful, and use what I’ve been through to empower others to do the same. I believe that with the right mindset shifts, practical tools, and the support of a strong community, your life can completely change for the better. There’s something magical about embracing the unknown, about stepping into your fears instead of letting them intimidate you. It’s in those moments of uncertainty where you truly begin to discover who you are.
